Location: Tournament will be held three miles west of Lewistown, Pa., on Ridge Runner Lane off of Big Ridge Rd.**
Entries: Entries are initially limited to 96 competitors. Provisions are being made for a possible Sunday overflow match due to participation. Persons making entries within the time limit, who cannot be accepted, will be notified by mail and their fees returned. Advanced entries are requested to facilitate squad assignments. In the event of a full firing line (48 positions) for any relay, preference will be provided to entrants competing in the Service Pistol State Championship, followed by those competing in the complete 2700. All match competitors will have priority over practice shooters.
Conditions: NRA membership is recommended but not required. NRA Conventional Pistol Rules and classifications will be utilized. Unclassified competitors must shoot in the Master class.
USE OF ALCOHOL BEFORE OR DURING MATCH IS FORBIDDEN.
Note: PA Rifle and Pistol Association membership is required for those shooters competing in the State Service Pistol Championship!

Entry Fee for one gun: $23.00 (One 900 Match)
Entry Fee for two guns: $34.00 (Two 900 Matches)

IF you have not earned any Service Pistol EIC points toward “Distinguished” status, your entry fee WILL BE WAIVED for the CMP Leg match.
IF you are under the age of 21, and registering as a Junior Shooter (with suitable adult supervision)- your entry fee(s) for your match(es) WILL BE WAIVED .

Registration fee of $5.00 is included in entry fees.
Scoring: NRA Conventional Pistol Rules and Scoring. Competitors will score. $1.00 challenge fee.
Match Schedule: One relay each day. There will be a 10 minute break between .22 and Centerfire. There will be a snack break during Friday’s relay between Centerfire and .45 aggregates. A complimentary buffet lunch will be served between Centerfire and .45 aggregates on Saturday There will be a CMP Excellence-in-Competition (EIC), or “Leg” match, conducted in accordance with CMP rules each day following the 2700 Match. An NRA Distinguished Revolver Match will be conducted in conjunction with the Leg Match. For both the CMP EIC Match and NRA Distinguished Revolver Match, scores for all days will be combined into one match.
Squadding: Friday, June 18th – Relay #1 on the line at 1:00pm Saturday, June 19th Relay #2 on the line at 9:00am
Course of fire: All slow fire at 50 yards on B-6 targets; timed and rapid fire at 25 yards on B-8 targets. Range is equipped with turning targets at 25 yards. Match #1 - .22 Slow Fire (20 shots)
Match #2 - .22 National Match Course (30 shots)
Match #3 - .22 Timed Fire (20 shots)
Match #4 - .22 Rapid Fire (20 shots)
Match #5 - .22 Aggregate
Matches #6-10, same as 1-5, except caliber is Centerfire
Matches #11-15, same as 1-5, except caliber is .45
Match #16 - Grand Aggregate
Match #17- NRA Distinguished Revolver National Match Course
Match #18- CMP EIC “Leg” Match National Match Course
Match #19- PRPA State Service Pistol Championship
Shooters competing for the State Service Pistol Championship will shoot their M9 during the centerfire portion (Matches #6-10) of the match, and those using a 1911 will shoot it during the .45 match (Matches #11-15). Those scores will be used for scoring and ranking for the State Service Pistol Championship (Match #19). Shooters will select whether to include those scores as part of their aggregate scoring at match registration and prior to the start of their relay. Any shooters not wishing to compete in any of these matches (#5, #10, #15, #17, #18) may shoot for practice for an additional $5.00 each match, as the availability of
firing positions permits.
Awards: Award to High Junior Grand Aggregate if at least 3 entrants in that category. One Open winner per match, with class awards within classifications, open winner not eligible for class awards. Within classifications, one award per each 5 competitors. Classes will be combined upwards, if necessary, to make a class of at least 5 competitors, except shooters will not be combined with High Masters. If less than 5 High Masters, they will compete for Open award only. After match expenses, 50% of entry fees will be returned to competitors in awards.
Special Awards: The Pennsylvania Rifle and Pistol Association will award a trophy plaque to winner of the State Service Championship match, match #19.
Special Prizes: (NEW ADDITIONS FOR 2010)
A 1911 Pistol will be awarded by random drawing from all participants in the State Service Pistol Match***
A Springfield XD (Or similar pistol) will be awarded by random drawing of all participants in the NRA outdoor 2700 match***
The High Aggregate 2700 Score for each of the five classes in the NRA Outdoor 2700 with receive a bonus prize of at least $50 Value in
addition to the match payout****
A Random Drawing of Junior Shooters to win a $100 Reimbursement Credit toward their Camp Perry Entry Fees
Merchandise Awards available to all competitors to be drawn daily during snack or luncheon break

*** No shooter may receive more than one gun.
**** To be eligible for bonus, the class must have a minimum of 5 competitors. Shooters known
to shoot above their current classification are not eligible and will be notified in advance.
Service Ammunition: Hardball must be used in the Service Pistol match. New commercial hardball ammunition will be available at a reasonable cost.
Service Pistol Team: Scores from the Service Pistol match will be used by the PRPA to select the team members who will represent the State of Pennsylvania at the National Matches. The team must include a new shooter. Please indicate your eligibility below.
CMP EIC (Leg) Match: A CMP EIC Match (30 rd NMC) will be held at the conclusion of each daily 2700 match. CMP provides 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals for this match.
Service Revolver Match: A Distinguished Revolver match (30 rd NMC) will be held following all other events. The Lewistown Pistol Club will provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals for this Leg.
Camping Facilities: Anyone wishing to bring their own cot, sleeping bag, etc. and bunk in our indoor range may do so. We also have electrical hook-ups for RV’s.
Food and Drink: On Friday afternoon there will be snacks and beverages available. On Saturday, coffee and donuts will be available in the morning. A buffet and drinks will be served for lunch. There is NO charge for food.
